Ed Martinez, also known as “Eddie Boy”, developed an interest in the industry during his high school years when his best friends opened one of the first shops in Corpus Christi. This led to an opportunity to learn body piercing by observing close friends int he early 2000s.

He participated in several body suspensions and refined intricate piercing techniques with Ron Garza. Eddie began pursuing tattooing over the years as well.
